With over 15 years handling the leasing, sales and development of industrial real estate, Matt joined Bryan Industrial Properties as the Director of Marketing in 2022. There Matt uses his experience to help both ownership and tenants in all of their real estate needs.
Outside of work Matt enjoys time with his family, especially his daughter. He can be found on the beach, on the lake, or anywhere he can find a body of water.
Starting in 2000, Kevin has led property management at Bryan industrial Properties through his strong administrative skills, knowledge in contracts and construction management. He is responsible for maintaining the properties, dispatching contractors, tenant relations, tenant improvements, as well as overseeing accounts receivable and payable functions.
In his free time Kevin enjoys bike riding, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.
Jackie joined Bryan Industrial Properties in 2022 as the Office Manager, bringing over 15 years of office management and administrative support specialized in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Jackie is responsible for a majority of the day-to-day operations at Bryan including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintaining current and accurate tenant files. Jackie is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service to her team and tenants.
In Jackie’s off time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing in the water, live music & going on new adventures.
Octavio is a native Southern Californian; however, his working career began in Central Oregon where he attended Central Oregon Community College. Shortly after he obtained his contractor license specializing in the manufactured home industry. In 2005 he moved back home to California where he focused in plumbing, heating and cooling.
With over 15 years across various trades, Octavio joined Bryan Industrial Properties in 2016 as Maintenance Supervisor. His main duty is to assist the property manager with tenant improvement coordination. He is also responsible for the aesthetic condition of the Bryan Industrial parks, as well as building system maintenance throughout the parks.
