We started construction on our first industrial property in Anaheim in 1955, the same year Walt Disney opened his theme park just down the street. Since then, we have continued to develop and watched Orange County grow around us. We watched the construction of the Crystal Cathedral, the origin of The Orange County Register, and even the founding of a little guitar company with their Stratocaster.
